Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 2026
- • Cancel anytime, no lock-in — your access simply doesn't renew.
- • New annual plans get a full prorated refund if you cancel within the first 14 days.
- • Failed payments get a 7-day grace period — we pause your account, we don't delete it.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, or Scale) are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We don't offer refunds for partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, you keep full access until the end of the current cycle, and your plan simply won't renew after that. There's no penalty and no lock-in for cancelling a monthly plan at any time.
Annual Plans
If you start a new annual subscription and decide it's not for you, we'll issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the term, as long as you request it within the first 14 days of that new subscription. After the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
Downgrading an annual plan mid-term (for example, moving from Scale to Growth) doesn't generate a cash refund. Instead, the difference is credited to your account and automatically applied to future invoices.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing billing@vilvad2c.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your store and data remain fully accessible until then, and no further charges will be made after that date.
Failed Payments & Grace Period
If a scheduled payment fails, we'll retry the charge and notify you by email. You get a 7-day grace period to update your payment method — during this time your account stays active. If payment still hasn't gone through after 7 days, your account is paused, not deleted: your storefront goes offline and new orders stop processing, but your data and configuration are kept safe so you can pick up right where you left off once billing is resolved.
Chargebacks
If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact our support team before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved directly and much faster this way. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
Exceptions
We make exceptions to this policy in a few specific cases: if a verified service outage materially affected your ability to use Vilva D2C, we'll issue a service credit for the affected period. If you're charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a processing error, duplicate charges are refunded in full — just let us know and we'll take care of it.
